I love American insurance for so many reasons.
- Customer Service, I think it’s so important to have an agent that loves their job and helps to answer your questions about insurance…that is just one thing American Insurance does for me.
- Claims- AI doesn’t haven’t to take my claim they can give me a 1800 number to call…not only do they guide me in the right direction they also follow up and make sure the claims adjuster is handling it in a timely matter.
- Mortgagee changes, every time I have an issue with the mortgage company, AIO, calls or faxes the correct information over in such a timely matter.
So to sum up how I feel about AIO, their integrity and customer derive is why I would never leave them and why I would recommend them to everybody.
